Yes all you need to do is put all the files and directories in to
your cstrike directory,
Now Start Your Game, open the counter-strike options tab
go to keyboard menu and bind a key to the commandmenu
(i use the "H" key) Close the option tab are you back to the game good,
press "H" (if thats the key you are using) to open the commandmenu,
near the bottom of the menu
you will see >Activate Scripts< press it - this will exec the scripts
